ASWAR.IO Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ASWAR.IO (“ASWAR”, “we”, “us”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Our Service

ASWAR provides a cloud-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform powered by Keycloak. Our services include Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2 and OpenID Connect integrations, user and organization management, and related functionality. 3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

• Using the Services for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Introducing malware or attempting to interfere with the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Services without our written consent.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are displayed on the ASWAR website. Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process and protect data according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining required consents from your users where necessary.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability. Uptime commitments apply only to paid plans and are described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Free plans do not include SLA guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the ASWAR platform and related materials remain with us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform without permission.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination before deletion.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages including loss of profits or data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on https://aswar.io/terms. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [City, Tunisia].
